State of Louisiana v. Travis L. Adams (2024)

This memorandum is to advise all companies responsible for publishing opinions from the Second Circuit Court of Appeal, State of Louisiana, that the attached opinion, State of Louisiana v. Travis L. Adams, 55,696-KA, replaces the previous opinion rendered on May 22, 2024, in its entirety. On page 7, second paragraph, line 4, has been changed to “not less than $1000 nor more than $5000.”
