JUDGMENT ENTRY PURSUANT TO INDIANA TRIAL RULE 58
The Petitioner, Mary Abraytis, pro se, and the Respondent, the Porter County Assessor, by counsel, have appeared before the Court. For the reasons stated in the opinion issued on this date, the Court AFFIRMS the Indiana Board of Tax Review's final determination.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that judgment be, and is, entered in favor of the Respondent and against the Petitioner. The parties shall bear their own costs.
SO ORDERED this 3rd day of October, 2023.
