Amended Certification of Senior Judge

The Honorable Terry Snow, Judge of the Hancock Superior Court, has requested certification as a Senior Judge under IC 33-27-4-1.

Upon examination of this request, the Indiana Judicial Nominating Commission has concluded that Judge Terry Snow meets the criteria for appointment as a Senior Judge under the above-noted provision.

Accordingly, this Commission hereby certifies to the Supreme Court of the State of Indiana that the Honorable Terry Snow is qualified to be appointed as a Senior Judge pursuant to IC 33-23-3-2, effective January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.
