IN RE: APPOINTMENTS TO the INDIANA JUDGES AND LAWYERS ASSISTANCE COMMITTEE (2021)

Amended Order Appointing JLAP Committee Members

The Indiana Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program (“JLAP”) provides confidential assistance to judges, lawyers, and law students experiencing any issue which may impact their quality of life or ability to practice law. The JLAP Committee oversees JLAP's work. The Supreme Court appoints the members of the JLAP Committee. See, Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule 31.

The terms of Ellen F. Hurley and J. Mark Robinson will expire on December 31, 2021. The Court thanks attorneys Hurley and Robinson for their service.

The Court hereby appoints the Honorable Mary Ellen Diekhoff and Katherine E. Tapp to the JLAP Committee for terms commencing January 1, 2022, and ending December 31, 2024, or when their successors are appointed.

Further, the Court hereby reappoints Honorable Gina L. Jones, Tonya J. Bond, Cornelius J. Harrington III, and Angka E. Hinshaw to terms commencing January 1, 2022, and ending December 31, 2024, or when their successors are appointed.
