Pursuant to Indiana Appellate Rule 64, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana has certified several questions of Indiana state law arising in Jane Doe No. 62 v. Indiana University Bloomington, et al., Case No. 1:16–CV–01480–JMS–DML for this Court's consideration.
