IN RE: the Termination of the Parent-Child Relationship of K.B. and Ju.B. (Minor Children); J.B. (Mother) and B.C. (Father), Appellants, v. Indiana Department of Child Services, Appellees.
Notice of Change
It has come to the Court's attention that the order denying transfer handed down on September 22, 2022 contains a typographical error in the case caption. Specifically, the order's caption used incorrect initials to refer to Mother. This inadvertent error was corrected in a revised order that was delivered to the Clerk with this Notice. No other change was made to the order, and neither the corrected order nor this Notice alter Indiana Appellate Rule 58(B)’s prohibition on filing a petition for rehearing from an order denying a Petition to Transfer.
The Clerk is directed to (1) enter this Notice of Change on the chronological case summary; (2) serve all counsel of record with a copy of the corrected order and this Notice; and (3) send a copy of this Notice to Thomson/Reuters, LexisNexis, and Wolters Kluwer.
