Amended Order

On December 22, 2020, this Court issued its opinion in this appeal. Before us now is a Dearborn Superior Court II order granting Appellant's request to expunge his arrest records and criminal charges under Indiana Code section 35-38-9-7(b).

Having reviewed the matter, the Court directs the Clerk to (1) unseal the records regarding this appeal; (2) remove (a) all redacted versions of the opinion posted online on the computer gateway administered by the office of technology, and (b) any redacted weekly transfer list that includes this case and replace them with the unredacted version of the opinion; (3) provide the unredacted Order and Opinion together with a copy of this order to West/Thomson Reuters, LexisNexis, and any other sources to which this Court's opinions are normally sent; and (4) clearly and visibly mark the records regarding this appeal as having been expunged under Indiana Code section 35-38-9-7(b). Although these records have been marked as expunged, they remain public records. See Ind. Code § 35-38-9-7(b).
