This case is before the Court on Appellant's petition to transfer jurisdiction filed pursuant to Indiana Appellate Rules 56(B) and 57. After this case was transmitted on transfer, this Court handed down its opinion in A.W. v. State, No. 23S-JV-40, ––– N.E.3d ––––, 2024 WL 1065820 (Ind. March 12, 2024).

Being duly advised, the Court GRANTS transfer, VACATES the Court of Appeals opinion, and REMANDS this appeal to the Court of Appeals to reconsider in light of A.W.

All Justices concur, except Slaughter, J., and Goff, J., who vote to deny transfer.
