Raven W. Hathaway, Appellant, v. State of Indiana, Appellee.
Notice of Change
[1] It has come to the Court's attention that the memorandum decision handed down on December 9, 2022 contains a typographical error on all pages. Specifically, the word “November” in the hand down date and footnote should have been “December.” This inadvertent error was corrected in a revised memorandum decision that was delivered to the Clerk with this Notice. No other change was made to the memorandum decision, and neither the corrected memorandum decision nor this Notice alter the due date for a Petition for Rehearing.
[2] Having reviewed the matter, the Court finds and orders as follows:
1. The Clerk of this Court is directed to remove the original memorandum decision from the Court's website and post the corrected memorandum decision in its place.
2. The Clerk of the Court is directed to send the corrected memorandum decision and this Notice to West/Thomson Reuters, LexisNexis, and all other sources to which decisions/opinions of this Court are normally sent.
3. The Clerk of this Court is also directed to send the corrected memorandum decision and this Notice to the parties and the trial court.
For the Court,
Robb, Mathias, Foley, JJ., concur.
