Notice of Change

[1] It has come to the Court's attention that the opinion handed down on October 25, 2022, contains a typographical error on page 16. Specifically, the word “Weissman” should have been “Weissmann.” This inadvertent error was corrected in a revised opinion that was delivered to the Clerk with this Notice. No other change was made to the opinion, and neither the corrected opinion nor this Notice alter the due date for a Petition for Rehearing.

[2] Having reviewed the matter, the Court finds and orders as follows:

1. The Clerk of this Court is directed to remove the original opinion from the Court's website and post the corrected opinion in its place.

2. The Clerk of the Court is directed to send the corrected opinion and this Notice to West/Thomson Reuters, LexisNexis, and all other sources to which decisions/opinions of this Court are normally sent.

3. The Clerk of this Court is also directed to send the corrected opinion and this Notice to the parties and the trial court.
