Order
[1] On September 21, 2007, this Court issued its For Publication opinion. The Court is now in receipt of a letter dated May 15, 2017 sent by Appellant in which Appellant requests that the Court seal and/or remove its opinion from Google and other public online search engines.
[2] Having reviewed the matter, the Court finds and orders as follows:
1. The Clerk of this Court is directed to file as of the date of this order Appellant's May 15, 2017 letter.
2. The Court will treat Appellant's May 15, 2017 letter as a motion and hereby grants the motion in part.
3. The Clerk of this Court is directed to remove Appellant's and Appellee's full names from the docket and replace them with the parties' initials.
4. In conjunction with this order, the Court will issue a redacted version of its opinion.
5. The Clerk of this Court is directed to remove the unredacted version of this Court's opinion posted online on the computer gateway administered by the office of technology and replace it with the redacted version of the opinion.
6. The Clerk of the Court is directed to send copies of the redacted opinion together with copies of this order to West/Thomson Reuters, LexisNexis, Wolters Kluwer, and all other sources to which decisions/opinions of this Court are normally sent.
7. The Clerk of this Court is directed to send a copy of this order to the parties.
