In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Unzueta, case No. 1-13-1306 (11/25/15). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Valdez, 2016 IL 119860, on the issue of whether defendant made a substantial showing of a claim of ineffective assistance of counsel based on counsel's failure to advise him of the deportation consequences of his guilty plea, and determine if a different result is warranted.
