In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its November 23, 2021, judgment dismissing appellant's appeal in case No. 1-20-1016. Pursuant to M.R. 30370 (eff. March 24, 2020) (temporarily extending the deadline to file a notice of appeal in the circuit court in light of COVID-19), the appellate court is directed to reinstate the appeal.
