Thereafter, a MOTION TO ACCEPT UNTIMELY PETITION FOR REVIEW AND WITHDRAW REMITTITUR was filed by counsel for Respondent on May 21, 2018. Therefore, good cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the REMITTITUR entered in this matter be, and hereby is, WITHDRAWN, and this appeal is reinstated.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondent's PETITION FOR REVIEW shall be filed as of May 21, 2018.
