PETITION FOR REVIEW

Defendant-Respondent Lacey Killeen petitions the Idaho Supreme Court to review the Idaho Court of Appeals opinion issued on April 6, 2018 pursuant to Idaho Appellate Rule 118. This Court should grant review of the Court of Appeals' opinion because it decides a question of substance not heretofore determined by the Idaho Supreme Court, is probably not in accord with applicable decisions of the Idaho Supreme Court, and is in conflict with previous decisions of the Court of Appeals. A brief in support of this petition will be submitted within 14 days as required by IAR 42(b) and 118(c).
