NOW COMES Respondent, Action Collection Service, Inc., by and through counsel of record, Shearer & Bonney, P.C., and respectfully petitions the Idaho Supreme Court, pursuant to I.A.R. 118 for review of the Court of Appeals' decision filed November 16, 2017 (Appellant's Petition for Rehearing to the Court of Appeals was denied on January 4, 2018) on the grounds that the Court of Appeals has decided questions of substance concerning the interpretation of two Idaho Statutes not heretofore determined or interpreted by the Supreme Court.
