COMES NOW Appellant, Peggy Cedillo, by and through her counsel of record, Jon M. Steele, of Runft & Steele Law Offices, PLLC, and pursuant to Idaho Appellate Rule 42, hereby petitions this Court for a rehearing in the above captioned matter, in which Opinion No, 118 was issued on November 29, 2017 (hereafter referred to as “Cedillo II”).
By this Petition for Rehearing, Appellant seeks a rehearing on the issues addressed in Cedillo II on the grounds and for the reasons set forth in Appellant's Brief in Support of Petition for Rehearing, to be filed within fourteen (14) days of the filing of this Petition, in accordance with I.A.R. 42(b). Should the Court grant her Petition for Rehearing, Appellant requests oral argument.
