State of Idaho, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. Brandon Briggs, Defendant-Appellant.
PETITION FOR REVIEW
Brandon Briggs pursuant to Idaho Appellate Rule (I.A.R.) 118, petitions the Idaho Supreme Court for review of the Opinion issued by the Idaho Court of Appeals on September 29, 2017. Mr. Briggs asserts that the decision of the Idaho Court of Appeals decides a question of substance not heretofore determined by the Idaho Supreme Court, is probably not in accordance with applicable decisions of the Idaho Supreme Court, and is in conflict with previous decisions of the Court of Appeals.
A brief in support of this petition will be submitted within 14 days as required by I.A.R. 42(b).
