COMES NOW the Respondent, State of Idaho, by and through undersigned counsel and, pursuant to Idaho Appellate Rule 118, petitions the Idaho Supreme Court for review of the Idaho Court of Appeals' opinion in State v. Comer, Docket Nos. 43718 and 43719, 2017 Opinion No. 37 (Idaho App., June 30, 2017).
