STATE OF IDAHO, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. DAROL KEITH ANDERSON, Defendant-Appellant.
COMES NOW the Respondent, State of Idaho, by and through undersigned counsel, and pursuant to Idaho Appellate Rule 42, petitions the Idaho Supreme Court for rehearing of the Idaho Supreme Court opinion in State v. Anderson, Docket #43673, 2017 Opinion No. 85, issued on July 11, 2017.
