STATE OF IDAHO, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. VICTOR GARCIA-RODRIGUEZ, Defendant-Respondent.
COMES NOW the Plaintiff-Appellant, State of Idaho, by and through undersigned counsel, and pursuant to Idaho Appellate Rule 42, petitions the Idaho Supreme Court for rehearing of its opinion in State v. Garcia-Rodriguez, Docket #44443, 2017 Opinion No. 34, issued on April 14, 2017.
A brief in support of this petition will be filed within the timelines set forth in the Idaho Appellate Rules.
