KERRY STEPHEN THOMAS, Petitioner-Appellant, v. STATE OF IDAHO, Respondent.
Kerry Stephen Thomas, pursuant to Idaho Appellate Rule (I.A.R.) 118, petitions the Idaho Supreme Court for review of the Opinion issued by the Idaho Court of Appeals on January 27, 2017. Mr. Thomas submits there are special and important reasons for this Court to grant review. Mr. Thomas respectfully requests that this Court consider the briefs previously filed in this case, as well as his brief in support of his petition for review, filed contemporaneously with this petition.
