STATE OF IDAHO, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. SCOTT LEWIS OSTLER, Defendant-Appellant.
Scott Lewis Ostler, pursuant to Idaho Appellate Rule 42, petitions the Idaho Supreme Court for rehearing in the above captioned case and for this Court to reassess its Opinion issued on November 2, 2016. Mr. Ostler asks this Court to rehear his case because the Opinion is inconsistent with Idaho precedent.
A brief in support of this petition will be submitted within 14 days as required by I.A.R. 42(b).
