IT HEREBY IS ORDERED that Respondent's PETITION FOR REVIEW be, and hereby is, GRANTED as to the issues presented in this appeal.

IT FURTHER IS ORDERED that Court of Appeals Case No. 43549-2015 is CLOSED and Supreme Court Case No. 44383 shall be used on all future filings in this proceeding.
