STATE OF IDAHO, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. GERALD K. UMPHENOUR, Defendant-Appellant.
PETITION FOR REHEARING
Gerald K. Umphenour, pursuant to Idaho Appellate Rule 42, petitions the Idaho Supreme Court for rehearing of the above captioned case and Opinion issued on March 30, 2015. Mr. Umphenour asserts that the decision of the Idaho Supreme Court should be reconsidered because it is not likely in accord with applicable decisions of the United States Supreme Court and likely conflicts with prior decisions issued by this Court.
A brief in support of this petition will be submitted within 14 days as required by I.A.R. 42(b).
