IN RE: the DOE CHILDREN, Children Under Eighteen Years of Age. IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH and WELFARE, Petitioner-Respondent, v. JANE DOE (2016-43), Respondent-Appellant.
ORDER ON REMAND
WHEREAS, on January 13, 2017, the Court of Appeals issued an opinion in this appeal. The matter was remanded to the magistrate court for entry of written findings of fact and conclusions of law.
IT IS ORDERED that the magistrate shall enter written findings of fact and judgment within ten (10) days of the date of this order. Upon filing of such findings and judgment, the district court clerk shall forward those findings and judgment to the Court of Appeals to be augmented into the court record.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that upon filing of the magistrate's findings and judgment, the parties shall have fourteen (14) days to file simultaneous supplemental briefing with the Court of Appeals to address any new issues raised in the written findings of fact.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter shall remain scheduled for oral argument on February 14, 2017.
