IN RE: the Estate of Anthony Joseph Cetta, Deceased Erin Michelle Cruz, Appellant.
Erin Cruz appeals the district court's order denying her emergency motion seeking injunctive relief to halt liquidation and preserve estate property of her stepfather Anthony Cetta's estate. We have discussed the background for Cruz's challenges in another opinion filed today, In re Estate of Cetta, No. 25-2102, 2026 WL ___ (Iowa Ct. App. Oct. 21, 2026). See also In re Est. of Cetta, No. 25-1831, 2026 WL ___ (Iowa Ct. App. Oct. 21, 2026). And we observe that at the hearing on Cruz's request for injunction, Cruz acknowledged her claims were based on her mother Trudith Cetta's will but that no estate had been opened for Trudith. Upon our review of the claims raised by Cruz in this appeal, we affirm the court's order without opinion. See Iowa R. App. P. 6.1203.
AFFIRMED.
