WESS ERIC SHARPE v. SAMUEL KELLETT et al.
Upon consideration of the petition for certiorari and the response, the writ of certiorari is granted, Division 5 of the Court of Appeals’ opinion is vacated, and the case is remanded to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration of that division in light of Joyner v. Leaphart, 314 Ga. 1 (875 SE2d 729) (2022).
