STATHAM v. QUANG et al.
In Statham v. Quang, 321 Ga. 533, 915 S.E.2d 864 (2025), the Supreme Court of Georgia reversed the judgment of this Court in Statham v. Quang, 371 Ga. App. 55, 899 S.E.2d 275 (2024). Accordingly, we vacate our earlier opinion, adopt the opinion of the Supreme Court as our own, reverse the trial court's grant of partial summary judgment to the defendants on the issue of vicarious liability, and remand the case for further proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court's decision.
Judgment reversed and case remanded.
Markle, Judge.
Brown, C. J., and McFadden, P. J., concur.
