CORRECTED ORDER 1
This is before the Court on The Florida Bar's Petition for Contempt and Order to Show Cause.
The Court having issued its Order to Show Cause to respondent and respondent having failed to file a response to said Order to Show Cause,
IT IS ORDERED that respondent is held in contempt of this Court's orders in Florida Board of Bar Examiners Re: S.G., 173 So.3d 954 (Fla. 2015), and Florida Bar v. Gutierrez, SC19-562, 2020 WL 927438 (Fla. Feb. 26, 2020). As a sanction, respondent's conditional admission is hereby revoked. Respondent is currently suspended; therefore this revocation is effective immediately. Respondent shall not be a member of The Florida Bar and shall not engage in the practice of law in the State of Florida.
Respondent is ordered to pay the monitoring fee arrearages in the amount of $250.00 to The Florida Bar within thirty days of this order.
Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Stephen Gutierrez in the amount of $1,250.00, for which sum let execution issue.
The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of the revocation of conditional admission.
CANADY, C.J., and POLSTON, LABARGA, LAWSON, MUÑIZ, COURIEL, and GROSSHANS, JJ., concur.
