FLORIDA BOARD OF BAR EXAMINERS RE: J.D.M.
The Joint Stipulation to Extend Probation is approved and the probationary period imposed against J.D.M. in Florida Board of Bar Examiners Re: J.D.M., Case No. SC13-880, is extended until March 20, 2023, under the existing terms and conditions with the addition of attending 90 AA meetings in 90 days and that he undergo additional random PEth tests for the first year, effective immediately.
The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this probation.
