ALEJANDRO O. ANTON Petitioner(s) v. THE BANK OF NEW YORKMELLON CORPORATION, ETC. Respondent(s)
Upon review of the response and reply to the Court's order to show cause, the Court has determined that it should decline to exercise jurisdiction in this case. See Bollettieri Resort Villas Condo. Ass'n, Inc. v. Bank of New York Mellon, 228 So. 3d 72 (Fla. 2017). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.
No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.330(d)(2).
