The Joint Petition for Placement on the Inactive List not Related to Misconduct filed in the above cause by the parties is granted and Edward Charles McFadden, Jr., is hereby classified as an inactive member pursuant to Rule 3-7.13 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Respondent's placement on the inactive list is effective immediately. Respondent shall fully comply with Rule Regulating the Florida Bar 3-5.1(h).
