THE FLORIDA BAR Petitioner(s) v. MICHAEL F. SAVAGE Respondent(s)
On November 1, 2017, this Court held Respondent Michael F. Savage in contempt of court for failure to respond in writing to an official inquiry of The Florida Bar. Based on this misconduct, the Court suspended him from the practice of law until he responded in writing to the official Bar inquiry and until further order of this Court. See Fla. Bar v. Savage, SC17-1464 (Fla. Nov. 1, 2017). On December 13, 2017, this Court received a “Notice of Respondent's Compliance” from The Florida Bar, notifying this Court that Savage has now fully responded to the official Bar inquiry. Having complied with the Court's order, Respondent is reinstated to the practice of law, effective immediately. Respondent is no longer suspended in Case No. SC17-1464.
