The Court approves the uncontested referee's report and reprimands respondent.
Respondent shall pay restitution in the amount of $3,250.00 to Elias and Amparo Rebolledo, and $3,900.00 to Diana D'Onofrio under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and the consent judgment.
