THE FLORIDA BAR v. ERIC ANTHONY LANIGAN (2017)

The Court approves the uncontested referee's report and reprimands respondent.

Respondent shall pay restitution in the amount of $3,250.00 to Elias and Amparo Rebolledo, and $3,900.00 to Diana D'Onofrio under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and the consent judgment.

Respondent is directed to attend The Florida Bar's Ethics School under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and consent judgment.

Respondent is further placed on probation for two years under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and consent judgment. Respondent shall comply with all other terms and conditions in the report and consent judgment.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Eric Anthony Lanigan in the amount of $11,362.91, for which sum let execution issue.
