RICKY T. OLIVER Petitioner(s) v. STATE OF FLORIDA Respondent(s)
Upon review of the response to this Court's Order to Show Cause dated January 20, 2017, the Court has determined that it should accept jurisdiction in this case. It is ordered that the Petition for Review is granted, that the First District Court of Appeal's decision in this case is quashed, and this case is remanded for reconsideration in light of our decisions in Walton v. State, 208 So. 3d 60 (Fla. 2016), and Williams v. State, 186 So. 3d 989 (Fla. 2016).
No Motion for Rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.330(d)(2).
