The uncontested report of the referee finding respondent guilty of professional misconduct is approved. The period of time during which respondent, who was disbarred on November 15, 2007, will not be permitted to apply for readmission to The Florida Bar is extended by three year(s), nunc pro tunc to June 29, 2016, the filing date of The Florida Bar's Petition for Contempt and Order to Show Cause to June 29, 2019.
Respondent is further directed to comply with all other terms and conditions of the report and consent judgment.
Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Daryl L. Merl in the amount of $1,250.00, for which sum let execution issue.
Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this disbarment.
