LAMAR BROOKS v. JULIE JONES ETC (2017)

The Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus is hereby granted. Accordingly, we vacate the death sentence and remand this matter to the circuit court for a new penalty phase pursuant to Hurst v. State, 202 So. 3d 40 (Fla. 2016).
