ALBERT ROBINSON Petitioner(s) v. SECTION 23 PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. Respondent(s)
Petitioner has filed a petition for writ of mandamus with the Court. To the extent the petition seeks to compel The Florida Bar to further prosecute various attorneys, the petition is hereby dismissed. See Tyson v. Fla. Bar, 826 So. 2d 265 (Fla. 2002). To the extent the petition seeks additional relief, the petition is hereby denied because petitioner has failed to show a clear legal right to the relief requested. See Huffman v. State, 813 So. 2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000). No rehearing will be entertained by this Court.
