THE FLORIDA BAR Petitioner(s) v. GEORGE JOHN FRANCIS WERNER Respondent(s)
The Florida Bar filed a Petition for Contempt alleging that the Respondent has failed to sign a FLA, Inc. contract in compliance with this Court's February 24, 2016, order. This Court issued an Order to Show Cause to the Respondent to respond by a date certain why he should not be held in contempt and suspended until such time as he fully complied with this Court's order. The Respondent has filed a response stating that he has now signed a FLA, Inc. contract, albeit not in a timely manner. Therefore, because Respondent did not sign a FLA, Inc. contract in a timely manner, George John Francis Werner is hereby held in contempt and is hereby publicly reprimanded.
Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from George John Francis Werner in the amount of $1,250.00, for which sum let execution issue.
NOT FINAL UNTIL TIME EXPIRES TO FILE REHEARING MOTION AND, IF FILED, DETERMINED.
