The petition for writ of mandamus is hereby dismissed on the Court's own motion based on petitioner's failure to timely file a proper motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis along with a current “Inmate Trust Fund Account Statement” for the last six months or the length of the petitioner's incarceration, whichever is shorter in accordance with this Court's order dated January 26, 2017. Any and all pending motions are hereby denied as moot.
NOT FINAL UNTIL TIME EXPIRES TO FILE REHEARING MOTION AND, IF FILED, DETERMINED.
