MICHAEL WEAVER v. JULIE JONES ETC (2017)

The petition for writ of habeas corpus is hereby denied because petitioner raises the same issues as in Weaver v. Jones, No. SC16-1633 (Fla. Oct. 6, 2016), in which the petition was denied. Cf. Topps v. State, 865 So. 2d 1253 (Fla. 2004). No rehearing will be entertained by this Court.
