DALE LEE RAPER Petitioner(s) v. JULIE L. JONES, ETC. Respondent(s)
Petitioner has filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus. To the extent Petitioner seeks review of the First District Court of Appeal's order in case number 1D04-732, the petition is denied. See Jones v. Fla. Parole Comm'n, 48 So. 3d 704, 710 (Fla. 2010); Sneed v. Mayo, 69 So. 2d 653, 654 (Fla. 1954). To the extent Petitioner challenges his sentence, the petition is hereby dismissed because the Court has determined that relief is not authorized. See Baker v. State, 878 So. 2d 1236 (Fla. 2004). Any motions or other requests for relief are also denied. No motion for rehearing or reinstatement will be entertained by this Court.
