WILBUR ARVID PETERSEN v. STATE OF FLORIDA (2016)

Petitioner's Motion for Rehearing has been treated as a Motion for Reinstatement. Said motion is hereby granted and it is ordered that the above case is reinstated.

Petitioner's letter filed November 14, 2016, has been treated as a Motion to Use Brief Filed in Case No. SC16-1329, and said motion is hereby granted. However, the appendix filed with said brief does not comply with Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.120(d) and is hereby stricken. Petitioner is directed, on or before January 20, 2017, to serve an amended appendix which contains only a copy of the opinion or order of the district court of appeal to be reviewed.
