The “Joint Petition to Vacate Felony Suspension” filed with this Court on May 5, 2025, is granted and the suspension entered by this Court on July 11, 2022, is hereby terminated. Marion Michael O'Steen is reinstated to the practice of law, effective immediately.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this reinstatement.
