IN RE: AMENDMENTS TO FLORIDA RULE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE 3.134
The Florida Bar Criminal Procedure Rules Committee has filed a report proposing amendments to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.134 (Time for Filing Formal Charges). After further review, this case is hereby dismissed and the Report of the Criminal Procedure Rules Committee with Appendices A-D filed on November 14, 2024, has been docketed as a second comment in In Re: Amendments to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.191, Case No. SC2022-1123.
