IN RE: Amendments to Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure
The Florida Bar's Appellate Court Rules Committee filed a report in this case proposing amendments to Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure 9.300 (Motions), 9.700 (Mediation Rules), 9.710 (Eligibility for Mediation), 9.720 (Mediation Procedures), 9.730 (Appointment and Compensation of the Mediator), and 9.740 (Completion of Mediation). Having considered the Committee's report, the comment filed, and the Committee's response to the comment, the Court declines to adopt the proposed amendments at this time. This case is hereby dismissed.
