RAINEY v. STATE (2024)

The order of this Court dated March 7, 2024, dismissing the petition for review, is hereby vacated.

Petitioner's Motion for Enlargement of Time to File Jurisdictional Brief is granted in part, and Petitioner is allowed to and including April 9, 2024, in which to serve the brief on jurisdiction with appendix. All other times will be extended accordingly.
