Edgewater S. Beach Condo. Ass'n, Inc., 278 So. 3d 796, 799 (Fla. 3d DCA 2019) (“Procedural due process requires fair notice and a real opportunity to be heard and defend in a manner appropriate to the nature of the case, before judgment is rendered.” (quotation omitted)); see also Abu-Ghazaleh v. Chaul, 36 So. 3d 691, 694 (Fla. 3d DCA 2009) (“A ‘party’ is defined under Florida law as any person who participates in litigation regardless of whether or not the party is actually named in the pleadings.” (citation modified)).
