We accept appellee's confession of error and reverse the order denying appellant's motion to transfer venue. Tenant's Rights LLC, No. 4D2026-0312, 2026 WL 1884167 (Fla. 4th DCA July 1, 2026); Casa Verde MHC, LLC v. Tenant's Rights LLC, 432 So. 3d 549 (Fla. 4th DCA 2026).

Reversed and remanded.
